How it Works

Keystone leverages a standards-based architecture that runs on literally any device and is supported across all major platforms (Windows, Unix, Linux, web servers, mainframes, etc.). As a user attempts to access a SharePoint instance, Keystone concurrently queries any number of systems for entitlements and attributes assigned to the user. Keystone then grants SharePoint access that includes all the rights, roles, policy, and controls associated with that user – nothing more nothing less. The result is delegated administration, segregation of duties, and comprehensive audit and reporting across SharePoint sites and any number of Keystone-enabled applications.
